Singapore Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders below $300 to a Singapore address will be shipped by Speedpost for a flat rate of $3.20.* Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be dispatched and delivered.

All domestic orders over $300 to a Singapore address will be shipped Free. Please allow 5-10days working days for your order to be dispatched and delivered.  

 * Due to a revision in Singpost postage rates that was introduced on 2nd December 2019, we have adjusted our domestic delivery fee accordingly.

Exchange & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason or if there has been a mistake with your delivery, please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please do so within 21 days of purchase. 

We will always happily replace or refund purchases, but we may request for some feedback from you in order to help us continually improve.

Healing Waters Group is dedicated to standing by our products and their quality. As such, we will bear the postage costs for returns and refunds. Please contact us so that we may work out the return postage with you.
